Job Description

With a strong drive in delivering results, Sales Manager for Education Special Project is responsible for establishing new business contacts, developing, and maintaining current business relationships, while achieving his/her revenue targets.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Lead Generation

  • Grow the client base of schools in the Philippines
  • Execute the initial sales process to generate qualified leads
    • Generate client leads through various channels including email, social media, phone, and face-to-face
    • Perform outbound calls to potential clients to set up qualified appointments

Acquisition

  • Reach acquisition revenue targets as assigned by the company within a specific time period
  • Visit and engage (including pitching, negotiation/ensuring signing of contracts, billing, collecting payments) prospective school partners

Account Management

  • Act as the day-to-day client lead and manage relationships with clients
  • Own the onboarding process (usage training)
  • Work with internal teams in satisfying client needs with regards to the product
  • Respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours

Other Tasks

  • Maintain and update client reports in the CRM platform
  • Prepare weekly sales report and recommendation
  • Occasionally coordinate and participate in events or conferences
  • Coordinate with management, tech and product teams to ensure that insight from sales activities are consistently raised to relevant stakeholders
  • External representation of Edukasyon.ph in external events such as investor meetings, speaking events for students, parents, guidance counselors, teachers, professionals, foundations, and/or corporate partners
  • Directly report to their respective managers regarding individual performance (target achievement, events, sales strategies, and process improvements)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree of any program
  • 1-2 years (associate) or 3-5 years (manager) of sales experience
  • Excellent Interpersonal communication, presentation, and written skills in English
  • Aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented, team player, and willing to learn
  • High integrity, target focused and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Flexible working hours depending on the lead’s time zone

● Sales experience (B2B and/or B2C)

● High impact presentation skills

● Entrepreneurial attitude

● Comfortable working with either local or foreign/international partners

● Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

● Broad network in education industry

Can work efficiently under pressure
