Job Description
- Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
- Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items
- Develop and maintain a tracking system on all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office.
- Assist in General Office administration.
- Prepare request for payment for monthly kitchen allowance, medicines, utilities and dues
- File physical documented records
- Perform annual physical count of all inventories – supplies and fixed assets
- Monitors office supplies inventory by checking stocks to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, creating purchase request and verifying receipt of supplies
- Performs clerical activities to ensure efficient records/files database management (recordkeeping).
- Undertakes related and other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office; Good communication skills and with pleasing personality.
- Smooth inter-departmental working relationships.
- Professionalism and confidentiality in work ethics and standards.
- Organized and systematic; keen attention to details.
