Job Description
The Producer will mainly work on creating relevant content from conceptualization, scripting, production, scheduling, budget management, and publishing in key digital platforms. The producer should manage the daily grind of each project in coordination with the Business Development Director and production team to make sure that all deliverables are achieved in premium quality.

- Initial discussion with clients
- Audience research (with Strat and Sales/ Marketing)
- Concept development, ensuring seamless brand integrations
- Show structure development
- Budget proposal
Show production
- Lead writing
- Sourcing of requirements/ logistics
- Talent coordination
- Edit supervision
- Overall quality check
Show performance
- Lead post-mortem meetings
- Audience analysis
- Recommendations (with Strat and Sales/ Marketing)
Minimum Qualifications
- Highly organized person.
- Proactive and dependable.
- Quick-witted and flexible.
- Must have experience in video editing, quality assurance, and basic knowledge in digital and social platforms.
- Must have experience in writing shows
- Must be familiar with various content platforms and their guidelines (YT, IG, FB, TikTok, Kumu)
- Experience in mounting online live shows via Streamyard / OBS a plus!
- Having an extensive network of content creators and relevant suppliers is a plus
