Job Description
- Receive calls and provide solution to the issue/escalate to Support
- Checking error and query data
- Escalation process if there is a problem or incident by follow up thru email and sms notification following based on Group Procedures and PD list
- Support on site from 6am – 3pm or 2pm – 10pm (2 shift) and support on call from 10pm-6am
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor / Diploma Degree with Information Technology major
- Experience at least 3-5 years in same position
- Knowledge in Java
- Respond to request for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
- Research question using available information resources
- Advice user on appropriate action
- Follow standard production support procedures
- Log all production software
- Redirect problem to appropriate resources
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Track and route problem and requests and document resolutions
- Prepare activity reports
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- Exposure to altiris
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
