Account Manager

Job Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Have degree in Business, Computing or related discipline from reputable University.
  • Has minimum of 3 years experience in selling IT Services in corporate level.
  • A proven track record of sales and sales management in the hardware and services industry is a definite advantage.
  • Good network of executives especially in the Banking & Financial Services or other industry, like telecommunication or Oil & Gas Industry would be a distinct benefit.
  • Have outstanding analytical, excellent communication, people skills, a problem solver and presentation skills.
  • English proficiency, both in written and oral is a must.
  • Willing to learn new technologies and approaches.
  • Multitasking, hard worker, able to work in team oriented and client oriented environment.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
