Job Description
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them
- Receive all letters/documents, packages, and distribute to appropriate or division
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence
- Handle meeting rooms
- Ensure that meeting rooms and reception clean and tidy
- Take up other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of working experience as receptionist.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
- Good looking, attractive, initiative and professional.
- Friendly person and easy to adapt with new environment.
- Skill(s): Ms. Office, communication.
- Contract Based position.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang - Jakarta Pusat.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
