Job Description
- Handling General corporate matters (RUPS, Company’s general License, operational agreement)
- Provide Legal Advice for the Company
- Having good skill of provide and review a Contract
- Handling legal matters of company business project
- Handling company’s share transactions
- Handling company’s Asset’s acquisition
- Supervise license compliance process
- Provide legal research
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Having a Good Knowledge’s of Law Especially Indonesian Civil Law & General Corporate Law.
- Good English both written and verbally.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
