Job Description
- Gather, elaborate and analyze system development requirements from different stakeholders, including: end user, Head Office or regulator (Bank Indonesia).
- Specify functional and non-functional requirements and communicate with system developers.
- Manage requirements (changes, prioritization, confirmation, etc.)
- Perform integration testing and other testing procedure, to ensure that the product has fulfilled the requirements.
- Carry out system demonstration and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
- Responsible for delivering the SAP Solution that support the business requirement identified in the Business Blueprint document.
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
- Responsible for the execution of the detailed design and configuration of the company’s business processes with the system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree of Accounting / Information Technology / Engineering from Reputable University.
- Minimal 2-3 years experience as system analyst/programmer or 1 project life cycle or 1 year at SAP operation as HCM/PM Consultant is a plus.
- Having an excellent knowledge in HCM, Plant Maintenance or Material Management.
- Familiar with Functional Spec Design, RDBMS and SQL Query.
- Previously working in banking or insurance company.
- Preferably candidate who has experience as System Analyst, IT Business Analyst or System Architect in banking industry.
- Good communication skills (must be able to work in a team and able to communicate thoughts and ideas to other team members).
