Job Description
- Manage multiple clients and/or projects
- Initiate and supervise various research projects
- Work closely with team members to provide effective solutions to support business and quality objectives
- Facilitate effective communication across internal departments by trending and reporting data
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, budgets, and schedules
- Establish and improve procedures and processes by addressing issues and risks
- Utilize proven employee management solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ensure that environmental requirements are met at the federal, state, and local government levels
- Review weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes
- Report the status of projects to business and market leaders
- Attend client program meetings as needed
- Provide technical support to Project Managers
- Develop and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records
- Perform change order estimating and assists Project Managers in change order negotiations
- Coordinate and monitor schedule updates, invoices, and submittals
- Guarantee that all work is performed in compliance with best practices and international standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree/PhD in Biology, Chemistry or any related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive management or supervisory experience
- IFBA/PMP/PRINCE2 certification is preferred
- Effective data trending, document control, and technical bench skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, training, team building, and mentoring abilities
