Job Description
- Assess and analyze new and specialized projects and creates viable workflows and guidelines for its implementation
- Manages and estimates the cost of new projects with new processes (both test run and pilot projects)
- Creates and maintains tools and processes for improvements
- Handles creation of the following: XML structure, graphics structure, font mapping, template, XSLT, man-hour estimates and specimen pages
- Troubleshoot problems and issues in production tools, processes, materials and people capabilities
- Propose processs/system/tools improvement/development plans
- Conduct extensive review and test run of new software to assess its feasibility as an effective production tool
- Design training modules for software, new client specifications, process improvement, knowledge enrichment
- Monitor production processes, errors and feedback which aid in process improvements
- Mentors others to improve their skills or understanding of requirements
- Aid in technical matters involving IT matters
- Provide HR with technical aid/input in regards to training modules and skills development
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 3-5 years of relevant process engineering experience in a BPO setup
- Background in prepress production/ digital publishing is an advantage
- Skilled in MS Office, Adobe ID, Acrobat, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, XML Editors (Arbortext, oXygen, or XML Spy)
- With capacity to work from home AND work office-based (Ortigas)
- Minimum hardware specs: i5 7-9th Gen, 8 GB RAM, SSD
