Job Description
As Sales Executive for roofing and waterproofing solutions, you will meet the needs of new and existing clients. You will be responsible to increase sales and to expand the company's presence in the territory. Positions available for Visayas and Northern Mindanao.
Demand generation
- Develop and manage a network of local architects ,developers and roofing or waterproofing contractors. Introduce systems and solution to them and to obtain project leads.
- Work with technical team to prepare technical offer to answer project leads and convert it into potential sales, and eventually sales.
- Visayas: Allocate projects to contractors and to monitor progress; develop roofing and waterproofing contractors community
Channel management
- Visit regularly the existing stores to maintain display and documentation and answer requirements from store owner/manager/staff
- Identify & appoint new distributors as per company regional coverage targets
- Manage projects portfolio with distributor
- Visayas: Organize training sessions ( face to face and online) of distributors sales persons. Implement marketing campaigns within framework defined by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Order management
- Collect payment as per invoice conditions, coordinate with client and installer for goods delivery organization and training if needed
- Track the fulfillment of each project delivery
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years sales experience in the construction industry, with an experience in handling professional distribution and modern trade channels
- Civil Engineering degree is an advantage
- With good network with architects, developers, contractors, distributors in the Visayas/ Mindanao region
- Capable of developing local marketing campaigns
- Can work autonomously and with minimal supervision
- Has a positive and “can do” attitude
- Good English communication skills
- Able to travel and do field work frequently
