Job Description
- Provide administrative assistance to the top management in matters concerning the daily operations of the business.
- Coordinates and sets meetings with external partners and/or corporate visitors. Take down minutes of the meeting and follow-up action plans.
- Prepares reports and presentations as required.
- Will also assist the Executive Committee as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Business Administration, Business Management or any business-related course.
- At least 5 years work experience as Executive Secretary under Executive Office in a manufacturing company.
- Strong working knowledge of office procedures and protocols.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including experience with office management systems, ERPs, and Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to discretion and confidentiality concerning sensitive company information.
- Has a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Has attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
