Job Description
- Conduct panel testing for product development and potential (flavor, color, taste, texture etc.)
- Prepare samples for proposed new products.
- Ensure strict hygiene food safety standards are met to ensure the quality of food products.
- Compile and check product specifications and labelling.
- Create and research new product ideas and recipes to create new product concepts.
- Prepare monthly report.
- Equipped to handle laboratory instruments.
- Assists in processing/monitoring regulatory permits/licenses and other related documents.
- Actively attends and participates events like food expos, trainings, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology.
- At least three (3) years work experience in a manufacturing company.
- Has in-depth knowledge in food ingredients and flavors, HACCP, Quality Control, Physico-chemical Analysis and Sensory Evaluation.
- Has experience in product formulation and flavour application (i.e. bakery products, beverages and savoury products).
- Has experience in processing of LTO, FDA product registration and other food regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
