Job Description
Seeking Detail-Oriented Freelance Accounting Staff
Are you a whiz at handling financial documents and love keeping things in order? We need your expertise from November 2023 to January 2024!
Your mission:
- Support our Accounts Payable team with check preparation – ensuring all validations, sorting, and required documents are impeccably handled.
- Assist in the check releasing process – you'll be the reinforcement that keeps our financial operations flowing smoothly.
- Take charge of liquidation follow-ups – your follow-through will ensure all transactions are clear and accounted for.
- Maintain our filing system – organization is key, and your skills will keep our records straight.
- Collaborate with team members to support finance-related tasks as needed.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word – your skills will bring efficiency and accuracy to our operations.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and at least one accounting subject under your belt – a background in accounting is a plus, but your willingness to learn is what truly counts.
- Fast learner with a drive to succeed in a high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
