ExaWeb is Looking for a Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Web Developer to join our technical team. You will be responsible for maintaining web pages, determining technical requirements, and understanding the overall user experience.

The successful candidate will be an excellent web designer, a keen observer, and a team player. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

Overview:

• Design & maintain the clients’ websites, as well as the company’s web properties.
• Create wireframes, prototypes & mockups for the web platform.
• Create & provide all brand collaterals, maintain UI & design system.
• Translate client requirements to end-user needs and input into well-executed, seamless web interfaces that will satisfy the user-centric goals.
• Responsible for finding ways to integrate different strategies into a site to improve usability and enhance the look and feel of the website.
• Collaborate with the technical team and account managers to manage the campaign from concept to delivery.
• Work closely with the team to implement high-quality user interface design up to the final stage with proper QA and security assessment.
• Understand the latest web design and develop best practices from a design thinking perspective.
• Make sure that the site is screen responsive, fixing any bugs or faults, and check the site on different browsers to check and see if there’s a usability issue.
• Solid understanding of SEO requirements, specifically for On-Page SEO.
• Include best practices in the creation of landing pages.

• At least 2-4 years experience as a Web Developer.

• Experience working for a digital marketing agency is a plus.

• Huge interest in thinking through hard problems and coming up with simple solutions.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient in front-end and back-end development.

• Experience building projects with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, PHP, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript language.

• Have a keen attention to detail and do not neglect the user experience of the website.

• Having an existing portfolio is a plus.
