Senior UI UX Developer (Renewable Energy Division)  

This position is for one of Excellerate Labs ventures working in Renewable Energy Division. The company is a leading renewable energy technology company in Indonesia with a focus on solar energy. We provides cutting-edge, integrated renewable energy solutions at competitive prices. Our end-to-end customized solutions cover utility-scale, business solutions and residential segments. Our project highlights include the first and largest PV Solar System on the rooftop of PT Berau Coal’s Head Office in Berau with 80 kWp installed, a 39.9 kWp capacity Solar Water Pump solution in Sungai Buaya Lampung, and a Public Street Light (PJU) solution with self-cleaning function in Kalimantan.

Today, we would like to switch the Renewable Energy business into digital and technology. To support this strategy and the growth of the business, we are looking for Senior UI UX Developer with job description below:

• Gather business requirements and user needs in collaboration with other team members.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, sitemaps, and user flows.
• Create wireframes and subsequently high-fidelity design mockups.
• Turn web design mockups into working prototypes in HTML, CSS and Javascript.
• Facilitate usability testing and make design amendments accordingly.
• Work with the engineering team to ensure smooth development & deployment of the product.
• Identify and solve UX problems to improve the product experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines & best-practices across the company.

• Min. Education : S1 / S2 all major or related fields
• Min. Experience : 5-8 Years Experience
• Design degree or equivalent experience plus 3-5+ years' industry experience in UI/UX design, interactive design and/or web design.
• A strong visual design skills in addition to an understanding of UX/interaction design principles.
• Experience in bootstrap based CSS themes.
• Ability to write HTML and apply CSS and/or Javascript based animations.
• Preferably have experience in Material Design and Responsive Design.
• The ability to quickly turn around projects in a fast-paced, iterative environment and proven ability to work with data.
• The ability to scope and estimate efforts accurately, prioritize tasks and goals independently, and rapidly produce deliverables.
• Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Sketch..
