Job Description

The main objective of a JR Customer Service Coordinator is to attend to all customer / client concerns sent thru any form of communication (e.g. e-mails, phone calls, text messages, fax, verbal) the soonest possible time

  • Always make sure that the client will feel 100% attended if 100% satisfaction cannot be applied at the situation
  • After Sales service monitoring - contact and get back to each and every customer after every actual visit of service technician/execution of service deployment
  • Monitor quotations processing from quotation-making proper to quotation sending to various clients
  • Make sure all client / customer service monitoring are updated real time
  • Monitor all service process, procedures and transaction and make sure to know it by heart so there will always be someone to replace the job in lieu of any member's absence for the meantime and somehow making sure that no certain section of the service process be left behind
  • Manage e-mail concerns real time
  • Take phone / mobile calls as immediate as possible especially urgent concerns
  • Manage File Maker concerns (e.g. logs, customer transaction updates, customer profile)
  • Coordination with the technical team for estimates and quotations followups
  • Coordinate with the operations team if schedules are deployed as planned
  • Manage some other general administrative works (e.g. office supplies, printing of service forms, the filing of quotations)
  • Observe and make further study if time would permit to streamline service's standard procedures, make a study on how can the department grow, learn from it's mistakes, change what needs to be changes, develop what needs to be improved - continuous improvement in the field, make standard operating procedures be followed as much as possible

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
