Job Description
The multi-awarded Filipino Origin Fine Chocolate brand, Auro Chocolate, is looking for a driven Business Development Executive-Sales. The Sales Executive is responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategies to achieve company sales targets and handling retail clients.
- These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and monitor sales targets
- Maintain a database of all customers for a timely, clear and concise understanding
- Identify potential customers and set approach strategies
- Resolve issues and handle customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Negotiate agreements to meet or exceed sales objectives
- Support and participate in Auro's presence at local and international tradeshows and conferences
- Assist the marketing team in the organization and execution of events and product launches
- Coordinate shipping schedules and timely delivery of goods
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in Food Service Sales
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Knowledge in Retail Account Management is a plus
- Very good coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized: able to maintain accurate and consistent documents/records
- Strong written and verbal communication, effective organization, ability to work independently and collaboratively, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally
- Must be passionate about chocolate
