Role:

We are looking for a Recruitment & Operations Lead who can help support our growing Philippine-based team. The role will focus on supporting a results driven culture for a POEA accredited overseas recruitment agency. This person will be working closely with the General Manager in putting together and executing plans.

What skills do we want (minimum requirements)?

• Excellent Organizational Skills
• General Business Knowledge (Operations, Marketing, Accounting, etc)
• Proven communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (verbal and written English & Tagalog)

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years work experience in operations, recruitment or related field
