Job Description
We are a funded Philippine-based social startup, dedicated to solving the problems of forced labour faced by millions of migrant workers worldwide.
We know that working abroad can be a great opportunity for many Filipinos. But oftentimes Overseas Filipino Workers end up getting caught in a vicious cycle of debt bondage as a result of expensive recruitment costs. The debt makes workers susceptible to horrific abuse.
Sadly, this is a global problem.
Fortunately, we know it can be solved!

Role:
We are looking for a Recruitment & Operations Lead who can help support our growing Philippine-based team. The role will focus on supporting a results driven culture for a POEA accredited overseas recruitment agency. This person will be working closely with the General Manager in putting together and executing plans.
Minimum Qualifications
What skills do we want (minimum requirements)?
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- General Business Knowledge (Operations, Marketing, Accounting, etc)
- Proven communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (verbal and written English & Tagalog)

Preferred Experience
- 3+ years work experience in operations, recruitment or related field
