Job Description
- Monitor and analyze the health of application system by understanding the key business indicators and provide operation and maintenance support
- Act as L1 support to multiple platforms and respond to inquiries from clients globally to maintain high client retention
- Manage Incidents, Problems and Changes and assist in Capacity Management of our systems
- Participate as night / weekend emergency point of contact and be willing to support different shifts to maintain stability and customer support
- Improve product documentation by consistently reporting errors and suggesting corrections and resolutions
- Contribute to team efficiency by understanding and consistently adhering to support processes for: case handling, escalations, hand-offs, bug filing, case routing, and case root cause categorization.
- Work in teams alongside Back-end developers, QA testers and UI/UX designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent.
Minimum Qualifications
- +2 years experience working in Application Support and/or Technical Helpdesk preferably from a software development background.
- Technical knowledge in using C# or ReactJS (Development or supporting an application)
- Has strong organizational skills and has a high sense of urgency while maintaining calm under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient English and experience working with multi-national teams
- Experience on JIRA or any service desk tools and Confluence or other knowledge management tools
- Knowledge of Azure or other cloud solution services is a plus
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
