Executive Accounting Staff  

Fidelitas Advisors Ltd. a boutique investment-banking firm founded in 2003. Our firm has clocked in years of fine track records and market insights from mergers, acquisitions, and divestments to a pre-IPO company restructuring in Indonesia.

Our Finance & Accounting Unit is looking for high capacity talent to fulfill its business growth in Jakarta and in the region.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain financial controls within organization
2. Administer day-to-day finance such as administering third parties invoices, execute payment to vendors, checking cash flow with payment gateway, etc.
3. Responsible for billing activities, accounts payable and accounts receivable
4. Lodge cash/cheque and maintain daily petty cash balance and manage minimum cash payment to support daily operational
5. Make a financial report and tax report
6. Perform general bookkeeping
7. Placement in South Jakarta

• Significant work experience (minimum 3 years) in related field is required for this position
• Female, preferably below 30 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent with a GPA of 3 or above (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Mastering Ms. Office (Ms. Excel & Ms. Word)
• Has experience with Taxation process and Accounting Journals
• Familiar with AR / AP, E Tax, Tax Calculation, General Accounting
• Familiar with Accurate / Accounting software (Brevet A & B is a plus)
• Able to work on deadline basis
• Have a strong analysis ability
