Job Description
- Responsible for identifying, sourcing and closing strategic locations for the company’s brands.
- Responsible for thorough market studies of potential locations, profit and loss analysis and other studies to define viability of locations
- Communicates with proper channel partners, lessors, landlords, malls and other companies who are the key channels for sites
- Assists and cooperates with other internal departments for the success of new store openings and follow-through support.
- Works on other business development projects that are assigned, as necessary.
- Assists the Management in conceptualizing and developing new business concepts
- Ability to develop work schedule and arrange coordination meetings with the involved support groups to deliver a seamless project management for new store projects
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the assigned department.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate
- Minimum of 2 years work in related industry or field.
- Strong interpersonal and PR skills
- Driven, passionate, can work under pressure
- Flexible, with a think-outside-the-box attitude
- Good understanding of financial statements, analysis and numbers.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Knows how to drive, willing to travel and do business trips
