RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately input information received from lenders into Process Street;
- Accurately input information received from lenders into each client’s ‘Portfolio Tracker’;
- Complete the review process of a client product one week before the fixed rate or interest only period expire;
- Ensure the correct rate and product is implemented once a client chooses an option;
ACTIVITIES:
- Call lenders to check on current loan details for clients;
- Order and follow-up valuations;
- Prepare property profile reports;
- Order and follow-up pricing discounts;
- Prepare loan options and other emails for clients using the company’s email templates;
SECONDARY TASKS:
- Prepare a request for supporting documents from clients through File Invite;
- Check supporting documents received from clients (example: bank statements, identification documents, income documents…) to ensure they comply with the lender’s requirements;
- Complete a ‘supporting document checklist’ for each client on Process Street;
- Rename the supporting documents received accordingly to the company’s naming convention;
- Completion of discharge and variation forms;
Minimum Qualifications
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The following experience will be looked at favorably:
- Experience being accountable and responsive when working in a small team environment, for example a small business;
- Long tenure in the same role;
- Experience working in the home loans department of a bank or with a mortgage broker;
Skills/Qualities: The following skills will be required from the candidate:
- Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Great level of verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- High organization skills
- Pro-activity
PERFORMANCE GOALS:
- Complete 4 loan reviews (from research to options email) per day;
- Reply to client’s emails within 4 business hours;
