Job Description
FinAccel is a fun, fast growing company with lofty ambitions. Starting with instant ecommerce financing, we are on a goal to disrupt unsecured lending in Southeast Asia, one of the fastest growing economic regions globally.
Our first product, Kredivo, which integrates at merchant checkout, qualifies ecommerce buyers for instant ecommerce purchase financing at rates which are much lower than consumer finance companies.
As a Desk Collection Head, you will be excited to:
- Manage and review performance of Desk Collection
- Review and analyze result for QC Desk Collection
- Monitor the daily attendance of Desk Collection
- Ensure strict compliance to Desk Collection, process, guidelines and collections regulations
- Prepare and review End to End Desk Collection Process and Desk Coll Training Module
- Implement Best practices
- Collection Strategy testing and implementing
- Conduct Hiring and Coaching to develop team and improve the performance
- Analyze and solve any problem related to the performance and KPI, escalate to the head when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
We are excited to welcome dynamic robust Desk Collection Head who have:
- Having good knowledge of Auto Dialer
- Had experience in managing large team
- Have the ability to handle multiple collections buckets (Early & late collections)
- Good leadership & interpersonal skill
