Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Compliance who has a growth mindset, is a self starter, and enjoys a fast-paced working environment. The role will be responsible to ensure that the running of financing company activities has complied with all the provisions of OJK (and other regulators) as well as the provisions of prevailing laws & regulations in Indonesia while providing direction and guidance in terms of legal compliance.

What you will do:
- Responsible for keeping up-to-date with changing laws that affect the company’s businesses.
- Responsible for preparing reports/gap analysis, detailing these laws and how the company should adjust the business as required by such laws.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as required by the regulator (as relevant), by keeping up to date with all changes in the regulatory framework specifically in the financial technology industry.
- Collaborating and communicating with the necessary departments to fulfill compliance requirements.
- Prepare, track and monitor the submission of regulatory reports in a timely manner as required by the regulator (as relevant).
- Effectively identifying, monitoring, and managing compliance risks through creating, developing, and implementing compliance risk framework.
- Manage, review and evaluate Company’s SOP/policies to identify hidden risks or common issues and provide recommendations, including ensuring corrective actions are carried out and executed properly.
Minimum Qualifications
About You :
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience working in compliance and/or legal (from financing company will be advantageous).
- University law degree from a reputable university.
- Keen interest in the financial technology industry.
- High proficiency in English.
- Have a deep understanding of corporate compliance and good corporate governance practices, and possess relevant experience in establishing and implementing compliance programs.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and documentation.
- Ability to adapt within a fast-paced environment.
