Job Description
About the Job :
- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Flagging and clarifying any questionable invoice terms or pricing issues
- Reconciling AP transactions, including bank statements
- Monitoring all accounts to ensure payments are current and up-to-date
- Researching and resolving any invoice discrepancies or other issues
- Vendor file maintenance
- Vendor correspondence and query response
- Monthly report production
- Monthly and closing assistance
- Reduce support documentation for audits
- Prepare bank documentation
Minimum Qualifications
About You :
- Candidates must possess a minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance, Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of extensive experience in Finance, Administrations, or relevant field
- Attention to detail
- Good command in operate Microsoft Excel and or Microsoft Office
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to work in a tight deadline
- Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
