Kredivo is looking for a KOL & Affiliates Specialist who will be responsible for managing communications and building relationships with KOL, affiliates, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions. He/she will proactively research, identify, and grow the company’s affiliate program and KOL’s across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences and acquire new users.

- Manage and execute company's affiliate marketing and KOL strategy
- Involve in ideation/creation of influencer campaign in acquiring & building relationships with affiliates and KOL’s/influencers
- Identify, recruit, onboard, monitor, and provide support to affiliate partners and KOL’s, including third party agencies that we work with
- Analyze & manage overall affiliates and KOL’s network performance to create engaging social media content and design for communications, marketing tools, and promotion of products
- Generate reports, draw insights and make recommendations based on affiliates and KOL’s campaign results
- Work together with the Performance Marketing team to optimize campaigns for better conversions
- Be a brand guardian for the Kredivo brand, make sure all the activities are aligned with the brand guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
About you..
- Bachelor in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a KOL Specialist, affiliate marketing specialist or similar role, proven by a portfolio
- Experience with affiliate marketing software and tools, including but not limited to tracking links, creatives, and reporting
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and online customer acquisition is a big plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Self driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and spoken English
