Job Description
As we scale, we require a People Associate who will be given ownership over executing operational processes of the People Team. You will manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process, maintain accurate employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS), manage all company inventory and quarterly audits, assist in facilities administration and supplier management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or other related degree programs
- 2+ years relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic with an ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced work environment
- Very high attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new applications quickly
