Job Description
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
- Monitors and oversees project progress of Project Engineers including but not limited to: sub-con personnel performance, budget of project, as well as defining the scope and resources required for project completion.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains safety, security, and healthy work environment by adhering to and compliance with safety codes.
- Allocates resources, materials, and sub-con personnel.
- Evaluates performance of Project Engineers.
- Evaluates Electrical and Mechanical works.
- Checks and evaluates progress billing prepared by Project Engineers.
- Oversee status and progress of projects handled by the Project Engineers.
Minimum Qualifications
Competency Requirements:
- People handling skills.
- Project Management
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematic, and construction documents.
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Proficiency in Auto-Cad.
- Experience in supervising construction projects.
Position Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Civil Engineer.
- With at least 3 years of Supervisory experience.
- Preferably Male
- Must be willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City and do field works.

With our proven expertise in providing top quality service, customer-service orientation and reliable technical support, FMIDC has been the partner of choice for SUN Cellular, Globe Telecom Inc., TV5 ABC Development Corporation, Eastern Telecom, Meralco, GMA Network, Inc. PLDT, ABS-CBN Network, Inc. and Smart Communications.
To date, the company has supplied and commissioned more than 3,000 units of ASCO Power Transfer Switches, some packaged with FG Wilson Generator Sets, and more than 10,000 units of ASCO Transient Voltage Surge Suppressors.
