Facilities Management Officer  

Job summary:

Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of all company facilities and oversees all company grounds, buildings, and equipment, and ensures that the workplace is safe and functional. To act also as the designated Safety Officer and Pollution Control Officer.

Duties and responsibilties:

• Responsible for the proper maintenance of the site under his or her charge and to develop a 52-week calendar of activities for the maintenance and upkeep of a managed site.
• Ensure that building equipment is always in good running condition.
• Allocate work to his or her subordinates on a fair basis and shall ensure such work is carried out in accordance with the Managing Director’s instructions.
• Anticipate daily management problems. If the problem cannot be resolved, he or she shall advise his or her immediate supervisor and Managing Director at the earliest opportunity. Submit detailed reports as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of the sites under his scope.
• Provide his or her immediate supervisor and Managing Director with a weekly and monthly report.
• On call in times of calamities and/or emergencies.
• Perform regular drills and simulations of Emergency Response Procedures.
• Provide assistance to other Frabelle sites without a third party Property Management if needed.
• Facilitate Preventive Maintenace and Corrective Maintenace programs and ensure that contract renewals of all service subcontractors are up to date.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
• Ensure compliance of all sites with Government Permits and Certifications required.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Has prior Safety Training (SO3)
• Has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management
• Willing to be assigned in Northbay Boulevard, Navotas City
• Can start in 1 to 2 weeks
