We are expanding our Account Management team in Manila! Junior Account Managers are responsible for providing our clients and freelancers with top notch service and become team players in the overall success of the projects that you will handle.

You will be working with a diverse team of Junior Account Managers, businesses, and entrepreneurs across the globe; on the other hand, you will also help provide people with employment opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Exceptional customer service through email, live chat sessions at all times
• Handle and investigate issues and recommend solutions
• Effectively express complex information to both technical and non-technical users
• Solve issues through different channels which includes phone, chat, and email
• Collaborate with our Customer Service Team
• Turn customer service to acquisition.
• Respond efficiently to complex, escalated, and sensitive issues

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written; ability to express complex ideas, simply and concisely
• Has worked with targets/target driven
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Can work with minimal supervision and self-starter

Preferred Experience:

• A degree/diploma in business/marketing/communications, or any related discipline
• Interest in tech and the start up community
