Job Description
- Organize, update, and maintain personnel records as internal databases
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, paklaring (working experience letter), BPJS, and reference letters, and any documents related to HR
- Assist employees during the onboarding and off-boarding period
- In charge of medical reimbursement verification.
- Socialized and implement any company policy, SOP, memorandum, etc
- Liaise with external partners to make sure on legal compliance
- Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues
- Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information
- Work closely with users and employees to improve work relationships, accommodate user needs, & translate into initiatives
- Participate in all HR projects or events
- Support creative designs
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University in any major
- Experience in the HR field of at least 1 Year
- Willing to work in Medan area, North Sumatera
- Good analytical thinking and oriented
- Good communication skills in Bahasa and English (verbal & written)
- Have knowledge of labor law
- Excellent leadership skills and team player
