Job Description

Our strategy involves paying people a premium, leveraging daily scorecards to measure individual results, rewarding and recognizing exceptional performance, listening to and implementing team feedback, and empowering employees to make their own decisions.

Our B2B sales team is working with a leading, multi-billion $, U.S.-based ecommerce company to grow revenues by converting online leads into active customers through outbound phone conversations. Our agents will need to communicate the benefits of the program, solution-sell the customer and nurture a relationship.

Salary package starts at 25K + up to 20K Bonus Potential

*A salary assessment will be conducted to evaluate the most suitable offer based on your experience, skills, and current/previous pay.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in college; or graduate of 2-year course or a 4-year course
  • Must be of legal age to work in the Philippines; minimum of 18 years old
  • Must have BPO experience not limited to the following:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in BPO for a Sales environment program (LOB example – B2B, Retention, Outbound, Inbound
  • Sales experience in the BPO is required
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Able to type 30wpm with 92% accuracy
  • Able to multi task as this role requires multiple tool navigation
  • Willing to work in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to work in Ortigas

Stay Safe, Stay Home. Amidst the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon, the entire FPS Manila Community is under work from home setup. All hired during this time will require the ability to work from home. The office-based setup will resume dependent on the organization direction in the future.
