Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account status and relevant problems;
- Provide data and guides to help the business development team;
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators;
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches;
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience;
- Suggest sales and other departments process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Manager min 3 years working experience ;
- Experience in establishing SOP & work flow for operation team;
- Fluent in English (bonus will be mandarin);
- If have experience in ISO application would be great;
- Hands on experience with CRM systems (Freshdesh or Zendesk);
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical and multitasking skills;
- Teamwork and motivational skills;
- Able to work at BSD, South Tangerang.
