Store Marketing and Operations Manager  

Gandang Kalikasan, Inc. is behind the brand Human Nature. We are currently the No. 1 brand of natural & organic cosmetics and personal/home care products in the country today.

We are looking for a Store Marketing and Operations Manager to lead our Santana Grove, Sucat branch who will be tasked with revitalizing our presence in the community by spreading our promise of Only the Good through:

• Raising awareness and involvement in our advocacies for Pro Philippines, Pro Poor and Pro Environment
• Promoting our all-natural, world-class products to penetrate households in the area
• Consistently delighting our customers with only the best of Filipino warmth and hospitality

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Lead in ensuring sales, customer retention and engagement through marketing strategy involving direct-selling, business development within area as well as online activities.
• Administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, product sales, customer service, security and safety in accordance with the company objectives.
• Building a customer service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
• Achieving individual and branch sales goals through business sales, recruitment, referrals and retention of dealer accounts.

​Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 5 years store operations experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity gained from a retail store or equivalent. With actual hands-on experience leading store marketing campaigns a PLUS.
• With ability to lead, plan, execute, monitor and organize store operations.
• Proven track record as a leader – can lead, train and develop his/her team.
• Has a warm personality that is highly engaging and with excellent people skills.
• A strong believer and advocate of the Human Nature vision.
• Preferably living within proximity of store location : Santana Grove, Sucat, Paranaque.
