Job Description
- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and steel works)
- Works within expense limits established and complies within standard company policies and procedures
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and working drawings to perform required maintenance and service
- Assists in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors
- Responsible for emergency maintenance service as schedule by superior
- Responsible for alerting the D&C team of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur
- Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors and fellow employees
- Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical and consistent manner
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least vocational course diploma
- Must have at least 1 year experience in the same field
- Must be willing to work on shifting and/or broken schedule and extended hours as needed
- Must be willing to handle work pressure at all times
