Job Description
- Will provide HR support to all employees, particulalry in Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Employee Relations, etc.
- Will support production on other areas of concerns
Minimum Qualifications
- University Graduate of BS in Psychology or any Behavioral Sciences.
- With at least 2 years of related work experience gained in a manufacturing industry.
- Must have working knowledge in different facets of HR: Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations.
- Must be willing to work in Lapu-Lapu, Cepu.
