Job Description
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan in various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels
- Evaluate and recommend marketing and partnership plans by identifying a potential opportunity, and execute on the approved plans
- Working closely with designers and video editors to produce creative content for performance marketing use
Minimum Qualifications
- A good degree from a recognized university
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in creating and executing performance marketing campaign
- Passionate about games with basic knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia
- Strong initiatives and internal drive
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with data processing and analysis
- Proficient in Bahasa and English language, both verbal and written
- Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure
