Job Description
- Creation and maintenance of various technical documentation
- Write and edit operational procedures and manuals
- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
- Mange the SVN repository
- Manage and organize the digital library (ie: digital files and documents)
- Handle the specialized tasks of digitization (ie: documentation)
- Storage, access, digital knowledge mining
- Assist the Office Manager in the event that s/he is not in the office
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Effective oral, written communication in English and interpersonal skills
- Computer and working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to proofread documents and write clear, concise 1st draft.
- Knowledge of standard office practices.
- Ability to multitask while paying attention to details.
- Ability to use standard office equipment.
