Job Description

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Roles & Responsibilities)

• บริหารจัดการทีม Programming ทั้งในส่วนลูกค้าภายนอก (เราทำหน้าที่เป็น Agency) และลูกค้าภายใน (เราทำหน้าที่เป็นฝ่าย Digital Marketing ซึ่งลูกค้าหลักๆคือ ทีมพัฒนาธุรกิจ)

• งานของทีม Programming คือดูแลการใช้ Programming skill + server เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บไซต์, Web App, script ตาม requirement เพื่อให้ได้ประโยชน์ และประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

• ตีโจทย์ความต้องการของลูกค้า และให้บริการเป็นที่ปรึกษา เพื่อจัดออกมาเป็น requirement, technical function ที่เหมาะสม • ดูแลการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ responsive เน้น mobile-first, framework พื้นฐานที่ใช้คือ WordPress แต่ก็สามารถประยุกต์ใช้อย่างอื่นได้ ตามเหมาะสม

• ดูแลการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูล, back-end server, source control

• ดูแลให้ระบบสามารถใช้งานได้อยากถูกต้อง ความเสถียรในการใช้งาน มี bug, error, downtime ให้น้อยที่สุด

Minimum Qualifications

1. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานไม่น้อยกว่า 2ปี

2. มีประสบการณ์ ในการสร้าง Web application ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นออกแบบ พัฒนา และนำขึ้น ใช้งานได้งริง

3. สามารถใช้เทคโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้องดังนี้

3.1 สามารถพัฒนา Web application ในภาษา JAVA

3.2 ระบบฐานขัญมูล Relational Database เช่น Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL, PL/SQL เป็นดัน

3.3 Message Broker; RabbitMQ หรือ ActiveMQ หรืออื่นๆ

3.4 Linux หรือ UNX

3.5 JBoss Application Server หรือ Apache Tomcat หรือ Nginx Mรืe IBM Web, Sphere หรือ wildfy

3.6 Fontend Technolgy เข่น Angular JS / HTML /CSS I Javascript/ Typescript. / React 3.7 Web Service; SOAP และ Restful

3.8 Git Version Control

3.9 Build automation tool เช่น Maven หรือ Gradle

4. สามารถใช้งาน Framework เช่น Strut, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JAVA EE, Enterprise Sevices Bus (ESB) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

5. สามารถใช้งานระบบปฏิบัติกร UNIX หรือ LINUX และสมารถเขียน Shell Script เบื้องต้นได้

6. สามารตทำงานด้วย Software Design Pattern ด้วย MVC พรือ MVVM

7. สามารถพัฒนาระบบควบคู่กับการทำ Unit testing

8. สามารถทำงานด้วยสถาปัดยกรรม Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) หรือ Microservices Architecture (MSA)

9. สามารถมีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี และ ทัศนคติที่ดีในการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่

10. สามารถมีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาเพื่อใช้พัฒนา Software ได้

11. สามารถความรับผิดชอบในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เสร็จทันเวลาและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นในทีมได้

12. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้

13. สามารถจัดทำเอกสารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
