QA Test Analyst  

We create job-training simulations in virtual reality designed by each industry that teaches novices in the same manner that experts master their crafts - through trial and error. Data-driven simulations work like virtual coaches, adapting to every person’s pace and skills while responding to their mistakes. Our immersive Experience Training method helps trainees build confidence in their knowledge, skills and abilities. We provide a better way to train young adults for the skills they need to succeed on the job.

How will You contribute to our team:

• Work under the direction of the QA Lead to provide test support for our team of designers, artists, and engineers.
• Perform daily smoke tests of game builds
• Run through and write test scenarios for existing and new features.
• Identify issues / bugs with the simulation and the backend grading system
• Document issues / bugs in Jira
• Engage in continuous improvement of the QA process. Think critically about basically everything. Be able to take “no” for an answer.
• Provide assistance with other tasks as needed.

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• The #1 qualification is positive-energy and a can-do enthusiasm for project quality.
• At least 4 years project in mobile, console, or PC gaming, or software QA - either manual or automated
• Experience in games testing, VR (virtual Reality) is a plus
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to interact with team members at all levels.
• Experience in writing and creating test scenarios and test plans
• Ability to learn to use new devices and being adaptable to an ever-changing environment
• Detail orientation and thoroughness
• Familiarity with at least one bug database program (JIRA preferred)
• Ability to quickly pick up new technical skills, such as troubleshooting simulations
• Exposure to agile development methodologies
