Job Description
- Daily task curation with a focus on ensuring developers have clear, actionable tasks ready to work
- Ability to understand scope documents and requirements documents and convert to tasks
- Ability to define requirements and task details as needed to clearly explain task requirements
- Review development tasks for completeness by testing features and checking error messages, field validation, etc. -- Look for the holes in applications
- Be primarily a manual tester with a desire to build great applications, always looking for ways to improve UI - Look for the pixel perfect details that most developers overlook
- Must be a complete client advocate and look for ways to improve client applications
- Build and manage automated QA scripts as possible
- Perform load tests and pre-production testing routines as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Highly fluent in English both in written and verbal communication
- Must be highly self-motivated and eager to earn promotions by going above and beyond for clients
- Must have empathy and a caring attitude towards clients, an always-helpful and never negative attitude
- At least 4-6 years of professional experience in application development management with a focus on day-to-day task management
- Experience with task management systems like YouTrack, Jira, Trello, etc.
- College degree
OTHER DETAILS:
- Employment terms: 3 months project to start
- Availability: Must be available ASAP
- Schedule : Graveyard Shift
- Work from home until a vaccine is available
