Job Description
- Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management
- Communicate and negotiate with landlords / Malls
- Find a good location for store expansion
- Well manage leasing paperwork and file
- Site visits and meetings with Malls (willing to travel out of city)
- Communicate and coordinate with internal department for store opening
- Other ad-hoc duties
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Female, 28 - 45 years of age
- Min. 5 years of experience in the same field
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work with minimum supervisory / Independent
- Wider networking with malls
- Smart and think fast
