Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Preferably 1-2 yrs experienced employee specialized in Sales Admin.
- Preferably with background in Automotive Industry.
- Can work under pressure.
- Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Description
- Reports to the National Sales Manager
- Securing vehicle purchase orders and ensures these are properly served in accordance with the policies
- Monitor dealer claims and ensures that all necessary requirements were met
- Properly encodes and processes industry data
- Gets involved in all aspects of the sales process
- Ensure constant communication with the dealership to ensure compliance on required report/document submissions
- Cater all dealers concerns in relation to sales admin tasks
- Develops and maintains a good working relationship with dealer personnel and other departments
- Communicates management policies and procedures to the dealers
- Coordinate properly with the sales team to achieve a common goal.
- Submits various sales reports to the management
