Job Description
Prospecting
- Undertakes study of potential market of the products to be sold.
- Formulates and implements appropriate prospecting strategies
- Ensures that target number of prospects per month is met
- Identifies/secures all pertinent information about the potential pros-
pects and list them down in the Prospects Information Sheet and
Tracking Form and provides a copy to the Sales Supervisor
- Analyzes data generated and classify prospects into potential and
non-potential prospective customers or hot, warm and cold type of
prospects `
- Prepares an effective Prospects Conversion Plan
Sales Generation
- Implements the Prospects Conversion Plan using various techniques/
approaches and applying customer service principles
- Undertakes the sales process in accordance with prescribed guidelines
and procedural requirements and standards :
- Rapport building
- Consulting
- Product Presentation/Demonstration or Test Drive
- Objection Handling and Negotiating
- Closing
- Pre-Delivery Inspection in coordination with PDI Unit
- Vehicle Delivery and Hand-over Process
- Post Sales Follow-up
3. Ensures that the sales targets are met or exceeded within the given timeline :
- Sales of brand new cars
- Ancillary sales (financing and insurance)
- Synergy
- Used Cars
- Elevates to the Sales Supervisor any sales-related issue or concern which cannot be resolved at her/his level.
