Job Description
- Oversee data protection practice to ensure the Company’s compliance with privacy laws and regulations
- Plan and implement privacy and data protection measures to manage data processing in compliance with privacy laws and regulations
- Identify and evaluate the data processing activities and systems of the Company
- Conduct inventory of data processing activities and systems of the Company
- Report the progress and gaps in data privacy compliance
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in IT or Law or any related course
- Accredited/Certified by the National Privacy Commission as a Data Privacy Officer
- Experience in deploying data privacy and implementing a Data Privacy Program in a company/organization
- Can work diligently and has ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
