Job Description
- Ensures the proper and timely implementation of the Sales Plans by all concerned and the attainment of the team’s sales targets;
- Ensures the contribution of the sales team to synergy sales to promote the AUTOHUB Brand
- Addresses sales team operational issues and elevates concerns that cannot be resolved at his level to General Sales Manager
- Works closely with the Marketing Unit for the sales marketing requirements and coordinates with other units for the division’s needs ;
- Facilitates the development of a cohesive and high performing Sales Team
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management or any related course
- Work Experience: At least six (5) years relevant experience, two (2) years of which are in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledgeable in Situational Leadership/Team Building; Performance Management (planning, monitoring and evaluation); Sales Management/Strategic Management
- With good communication skills (oral, written, and presentation or report preparation) and average problem-solving/ decision-making skills
