Job Description
- Review Mechanical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and Fire Protection plan and specifications as may be required;
- Measure plan and prepare bill quantities for mechanical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection system;
- Evaluate contractor’s proposal for all PMI’s, change order and other construction-related claims;
- Conduct site visit and reconciliation of evaluated proposal if necessary.
- Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison;
- Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids;
- Reading mechanical, plumbing and fire protection plans and checking of design related queries for the completion of cost estimates;
- Coordination with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers;
- Performs other related duties and functions as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have atkeast 3 years of related work experience;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must be willing to be relocated in Boracay.
