Job Description
- Effectively handle telephone requests by processing the information received accurately and efficiently
- Deliver a high level of customer service to every account and cash customer
- Behave In a respectful manner at all times whilst in the Contact Centre
- Handle calls in a consistently polite, professional and efficient manner
- Process account and cash bookings through the system
Minimum Qualifications
- High school or general equivalency diploma
- Proficient with computers and software such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
