Job Description
- Manages and directs all aspects of inbound Customer Service for Go-Play service
- Implements and reviews contact center inbound policies and procedures
- Develops and monitors quotas for service volume and timeliness.
- Responsible for staff recruiting, performance evaluation, training, and development
- Monitoring all the KPI for customer care dept., making sure each key metrics meet the target
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
Minimum Qualifications
- At best, practical experience in a similar position
- Strongly developed leadership and process improvement as well as analytical skill
- High customer-orientation and business acumen
- Computer literacy (Ms.Excel, Ms.Word, Ms.Powerpoint)
- Possesses high learning agility and curiosity
- Ability to organize projects simultaneously and keep an eye on the details
- Interpersonal skills as well as the will and ability to cooperate with people from other departments and managerial levels
- At least 2-4 years experience in cordinating and managing customer care dept.
